Description

-A total sample size of 10±1 g is provided.

-The sample has been sterilized.

-The sample has been sized to 100 mesh.

SAMPLE PREPARATION

-The soil is to be extracted and analyzed using an appropriate extraction and analytical method for Ammonia as N.

-Mix well. No modification to the sample prior to sub-sampling is necessary.

-All results are reported on a dry weight basis.

Storage

The sample should be stored at room temperature in a dark dry location. It has been determined to be stable for the duration of the expiration date

Stability and shelf life after opening must be determined by the user, taking into account sampling frequency/volume and all local conditions.
